This coat is inspired by vintage Balmacaan coats of the 20th century. 

It features the defining elements of the style: raglan sleeves and a collar where the upper lapel extends longer than the underlapel, creating the classic rolled shape when the top button is left undone. 

The raglan sleeves are constructed with a one-panel sleeve pattern, as commonly referred to in the Japanese garment industry, producing a relaxed and natural silhouette. 

The elongated underlapel allows for a distinctive look when fastened, while when left open, it pairs effortlessly with a tie for a refined, traditional styling.

The fabric is an Italian 100% undyed alpaca, woven into a subtle tonal herringbone that highlights the alpaca’s natural brown shades. 

With no dyes applied, the cloth retains its inherent softness and warmth, offering a plush and comforting touch. 

The natural surface texture and depth of tone make this coat both timeless and unique.
